1. Returns
All sales of digital Excel utilities and
downloadable products are final. No physical return period applies.
- Because
our products are digital/downloadable files, physical return conditions do
not apply.
- As
no returns are accepted for these digital products, return authorization
is not applicable. Customers should retain their order confirmation or
payment receipt for reference.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Digital Excel utilities,
downloadable files, customized digital files, and other electronically
delivered products sold by Account Tech India are non-returnable and
non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Refunds
No refunds are ordinarily provided for digital
products after purchase or delivery.

refund is required by applicable law.

by applicable law or where Account Tech India expressly agrees in writing.

payment method and within the time required by the applicable payment provider
or law.
3. Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are

4. Shipping Returns
No physical shipping or return shipping applies to
digital products. Any applicable transaction or third-party processing charges
are non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure /
Exceptional Circumstances
We are not liable for
any delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.
6. Governing Law
This
Refund and Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of India and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in
connection with this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts
located in Jaipur, India.
